Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice and a guided meditation with many health benefits. Additionally, this practice helps you connect to your authentic self. Yoga Nidra teaches you that you have a home within yourself, your own place of rest, restoration and inspiration. This practice shows you the way to return there.

The vibrations that make up sound can have a strong effect on us, since our body’s contain lots of water. Vibrations can help our body’s to let go off conscious and unconscious tension and holding. Once sound is used with intention it can help the body vibrate into a more balanced state. A state of harmony.

Combining the balancing qualities of vibration and sound with the powerful practice of yoga nidra creates a space for you to profoundly rest and restore on all levels. The body returns to a state of deep relaxation, the mind is able to take a backseat and rest, and just as you experience in sleep there will be space for processing witch will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated after this experience.

Winter Weekend Retreat

A cacao ceremony can be a wonderful event to consciously experience a moment.

For example when you step into a new phase. A new season, a change in your life, a celebration, or any other important moment in your life’s journey. A ceremony can support you in meeting yourself more deeply, but it can also be a wonderful way to genuinely connect with friends.

I organise these ceremony’s mostly around the change of the seasons.

In this module we will investigate the power of doing less. When you move slow, there is more space to move with attention and awareness. This creates space to deepen your experience of yoga.

This practice is also very suitable for the students in your class who are new to yoga. As a teacher you create space for your students to practice in a very conscious way, connecting deeply to themselves.

We will also dive deeper into the nervous system, so you can guide your students to make that shift from ‘doing’ the practice towards ‘experiencing’ the practice. This is something incredible powerful and builds the base for every way of practicing yoga.
