The intentions in this set can help to settle your nervous system. Offering a soft focus that invites presence and inner listening. The words are offered as invitations never as instructions. You are always free how deeply you engage, or simply let a word rest quietly besides you. The words came from my community and I sat with all of them until quite naturally drawings came out of my hands.
