50 Hr. ‘elevate your teaching’ training

A 50 hour vinyasa deepening teacher training at Bluebirds, Amsterdam.

Deepen your knowledge - Live your practice - Transform your classes.

Deepdive

Whether you are newly certified or have been teaching for some time, there often comes a moment where teaching starts to feel familiar. You know what you are doing, your classes work, yet something in you is ready for more depth, clarity, or ease.

This 50h Elevate Your Teaching Teacher Training is for teachers who want to refine how they teach without adding more complexity. It supports you in teaching from experience rather than habit, and in developing more confidence in how you read the room, hold space, and guide a group.

Vinyasa Krama

We’ll dive into the principle of Vinyasa Krama as a foundation to bring together Vinyasa yoga philosophy, creative sequencing, practical, science based insights into the nervous system, space holding, energy awareness and the role of breath, learning how to design classes that feel grounded, coherent, and supportive.

Expect:

  • Creative sequencing

  • deep dive into Vinyasa Yoga & Vinyasa Krama

  • applied Nervous system knowledge

  • energy Awareness

  • space holding & touch free classical adjusting

  • To meet a deeper level of embodiment and confidence as a teacher.

Yoga is not something we perform. It is something we practice and live. When teaching comes from that place, it becomes simpler, more honest, and more grounded. And your students can feel that.

Step into your power as a teacher

A big part of teaching is learning to see. To see your students, sense the space, and respond to what is actually happening.

We will work with practical teaching skills that help you read the room, adapt on the spot, and stay connected while guiding a group. You will learn how to hold space in a way that feels clear, calm, and supportive.

Alongside this, we explore the Pancha Maya Kosha model as a way to understand the different layers of experience in a yoga class. Physical, energetic, mental, and more subtle layers are all part of the practice. You will learn how to acknowledge and work with these layers in an accessible way.

In this training you will learn how to:

  • Support an entire room with simple and effective tools

  • Guide attention and energy without physical adjustments

  • Create an environment where students feel safe and included

  • Understand what space holding really means and how to develop it

  • Work with the Pancha Maya Kosha model in a practical teaching context

    A Deeper Look at Vinyasa

We explore Vinyasa not only as a sequence of postures, but as a way of teaching and a way of thinking.

You will deepen your understanding of what Vinyasa actually means and how this meaning can show up in your classes. We look at how philosophy, intention, breath, and movement come together, and how to translate this into teaching that feels natural and honest.

    Creative Sequencing

Sequencing is not about complexity. It is about clarity.

You will learn how to build sequences that make sense in the body, feel logical, and support a clear intention. We explore Vinyasa Krama, different ways of creating flow, and how to guide students through a class that feels steady and connected from start to finish.

Energy Awareness and the Nervous System

A yoga class does more than move the body. It influences the nervous system and the overall state of being.

We will look at the basics of nervous system regulation and how this shows up in a group setting. You will learn how to recognize different states in your students and how to guide practices that support balance and regulation.

We work with pranayama as a supportive tool, learning which techniques are appropriate at different moments and why. The aim is to guide classes that feel nourishing, balanced, and complete.
